The Members' Access portion of this website is for the information of the members and is not available to the general public accessing the main website.
1. For access to the Members' Access area, a username and password is needed. The user name is the plural of the title typically applied to members of the SAR. The password is the last name of the WASSAR president in 2006 (the immediate past president). Both are case sensitive. You may use those to sign in here. However, if you use this generic User name, you will not have access to documents that may be restricted to specific officers or groups of members.
2. The All Member Documents page is being phased out in favor of a subsite for members only. This member only section contains minutes of the Executive Board Meeting and other documents for the information of the members. It also has contact information for the WASSAR and Chapter officers. Proposed Bylaw amendments are posted there. Chapter newsletters and other information is also there.
3. Documents can also be restricted to specific officers. For that access you will need a specific user name and password assigned to you. That user name will also provide the officers a mask for their e-mail by using a WASSAR e-mail address such as Adm@WASSAR.info that can be forwarded to their personal e-mail without disclosing to the public their personal e-mail address.
4. WASSAR Officers and some others already have a user name and password assigned to them and only need to contact Adm@WASSAR.info for that information. Check the list here. For other members to obtain their own user name and password, complete and submit the form below:
5. You must agree to the Google Terms to become a registered user.
6. It is strongly recommended that all users configure their WASSAR.info account to have mail forwarded directly to their personal email. For instructions on how to do this contact Webmaster@WASSAR.info.
